A diet full of green vegetables fruits sprouts salads pulses with minimum of cereals (roti rice etc) stop having milk and milk products, refined or packaged foods, like namkeen biscuits bread etc, stop maida potato rice etc. Have only fruits in breakfast lunch/ dinner: have 2 to 3 katori green vegetables, pulses, half plate salad like cucumber tomato etc, have only 1 roti in one meal. Have sprouts in lunch and dinner.

Take low calorie n low sodium n high protein food. Walk regularly. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the mrng n go for walk.
