Hi any one help me out I just want to gain weight but I do eat lot even though I am thin I don't no what is the problem. So any one help me out with good suggestions.

Hi, do regular exercise, make sure you have a good protein source in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. Take 3 banana with warm milk in the morning.
