Is it safe to consume fruits like mango, banana, pine apple etc by people suffering from diabetics and what is quantity per serving.

These fruits contain more sugar content on them. They can be occasionally had when sugars are in control by balancing the foods in the regular meal. 1 small banana or half chickoo or 1 slice of mango etc.

It is better if you avoid 5 fruits mango chickoo banana grapes and cusurd apple. Apple oranges guava peers peaches kiwi strawberries cherries are good for diabetics.
