I am a female and 24 years old. I have my HB level 7. So I feel little tired after working. Is my hemoglobin down for any other reason.

You can improve your hb level. Include pomegranate, spinach, beetroot, vitamin- c and iron rich food in your diet. Bajra and ragi are good source of iron. Cereals, millets and green leafy vegetables.

Dear, take homoe medicine. @ ferrum met 30-6 pills thrice a day. Take, pomegranate, milk, spinach, beet root, almond, walnuts.
