I am 25 years old girl and my weight is just 42kg. My hight is 5 feet 6 inches. Please tell me how can I gain weight. I tried everything. Medicines tonics shakes.

Dear you should do these things- *have frequent meal don't drink water before meal. *increase your food intake gradually. *use milk and full craem milk and milk product. *use good fat like ghee butter better will be home made. *eat seasonal fruits and vegetables as much you can. *have fruit shakes like banana mango chiku. *having dates (khajoor) with banana shake also help. *stay hydrated drink plenty of water. *do regular exercise yoga whatever you are comfortable with.
