There are few painkillers like acetaminophen and antispasmodics available to relieve the pain in pregnancy. Nsaids are contraindicated. Right now conservative management would be better as surgical procedures carry many risks in pregnancy. Also eswl is contraindicated in pregnancy. Take 2-3 litres of water per day. Avoid high protein (meat, fish) and high oxalate (spinach, beet, soy products, almonds) containing diet.
