If you want to reduce alot of weight, you do not have to start with a very strict plan. Just start and you will remain motivated. Follow the easy tios: - do not over eat - reduce your daily diet by25% - replace tea or coffee with green tea or make it sugar free -eat fresh fruits and vegetables when hungry -do not take empty calories. -start doing yoga (try surya namaskar and kapal bhati) -reduce your diet further and increase your work out gradually, as you get used to it.
