I am diabetic. Fasting value Is 156 of today. Here is my diet plan. Wake up and eat water soaked black chane. Go to gym. After gym 5 boiled eggs white portion. Then 4 chapati with 1 glass milk. After 2.5/3 hours. Black chane same as morning. In lunch 6 chapati with daal and sabji. In evening 5 boiled eggs white portion. After 2 hours. 1 fruit. In dinner 6 chapati with dal, sabji. Then before sleep 1 glass milk. My sugar levels are not reducing. What's problem with diet. Please explain what's wrong at each step of diet in detail. And how to correct it. I also want to take whey protein for diabetic persons. Please help me to decide so that I can talk privately after suggestion. Thanks in advance.

Follow 1400cal diabetes diet. It means breakfast like idly 3, dosa 2, puri 3, midafternoon snaks. Lunch 3roti with dal, midevening snaks, dinner 3roti dal. Don't eat too much eggs, 1 per day.
