I am suffering from diabetes for the last 10 years. My fbs is between 158 to 180 and ppbs is 136 to 140. I take amyrl m 2 forte I tab and zomelis 50 mg 1 tab before breakfast and dinner. I also have thyroid for which I take thyroxine 1 1/2 tablet in the morning. I follow a very strict restricted diet and exercise 3 days a week and walk in the evenings and mornings (on those mornings I don't exercise). Please tell me how I can lower my sugar levels?
