I have problem of my brain that is whenever I saw any object. I saw that object two times or four times by moving backward but don't saw that object one time, three times or six times because I thought that I should saw it two times not one time because it will harm my body like I will become skinny boy. I try many time to leave this problem but it don't leave rather than it is increasing. So please sir please sir tell me some effective yoga or exercise to overcome that problem. I always worry about that problem so please sir don't avoid my problem. I hope you will answer me surely.
