I am a regular smoker. I usually smoke 10 to 12 cigarettes daily. At the time of my birth I was infected with congenital heart disease. But now I don't encounter any problem. How much risk am I covering. My age is 24 years now.

Hi, Smoking will definitely affect your lungs and may cause cirrhosis.Quit smoking as soon as possible as it may cause further breathing problem. Do pranayam,Suryanamaskar daily. Revert back
