For last so many days I feel extreme pain in my left arm above elbow. At times shooting pain. Hv problem in lifting things, rolling chapatis etc. At times problem in rotating shoulder also. Used muscle relaxant like move, volini but not of much use. Could it be an indication of some underlying problem. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hello dear this problem related to shoulder and neck. Some time only shoulder is responsible but many times cervical also. So for clinical correction you have to consult with a good orthopaedic doctor. Before it you can use hot fermentation to arm and shoulders also stop heavy intance work. Don't sleep on the painful shoulder side. Go for physiotherapy treatment where use ift and ultrasound therapy. May you will get cure in few days. Best of luck.
