I have desk job in last two year. My weight is increased from 70-85. Please help me.

Drink plenty of water, lemon juice and green tea. Do brisk walk for 15-30 min. Daily or yoga or aerobics or swimming. Avoid oily and fatty foods, junk food. Take plenty of salad and roughage. In case you need diet chart revert back.
