I am 15 years old and I am a student. I don't get extra time for exercises. What should I do to remain physically fit?

Do plank exercise, both front and side. It can be done in home on bed for 2 mins. Increase your high quality protein intake. Increase your fibrous fruit s and vegetables drink plenty of water. Avoid fast foods, deep fried foods, soft drinks, hard drinks, tobacco chewing.
