I am 32 year male. I have lack of sleep for past 1 month. The problem is I go sound sleep in the first and get disturbed by 3 o click. Else I won't sleep at all fully in the night. Get me some solutions for this please. What should I do.

You might be having decreased physical activity or increase work stress....so start physical activity like Running or swimming or Gym...no medicine will be so much helpful

Hello lybrate user, - might be it is stress related, reduce the stress to relive the problem - start doing pranayama daily for 15-20 min - do head massage with some medicated oil like brahmi taila - also do foot massage daily once before sleep do it for 20 days. This will give you result. Thank you.
