Hello lybrate-user. I have a few suggestions for you: (1) get a physician opinion for assessment of various systems in the body. If needed, a neurological opinion would be good. (2) get your blood pressure assessed (mostly it is likely to be normal). (3) avoid tobacco consumption in any form (tobacco chewing, smoking) (4) avoid mental stress if possible. If the assessment by the physician is normal, you could try meditation. In meditation, after closing your eyes, it would be a good idea to focus at a point between the 2 eyes located on the center of the forehead. The basic idea of meditation is to attain a thoughtless state. This may be achieved by passing through various stages. In the initial stages the mind is bound to get a thousand different thoughts with the eyes closed. Allow this to happen. Do not resist the thoughts. Just try and focus on the hypothetical third eye.
