It is probably that you take a lot of stress while studying. I will advise to take small breaks after every 45 mins for 5-10 min for your mind relaxation during which you can do some stretching exercises also. Maintain a good hydration by having lots of liquids. Hope this helps. Anything more then feel free to revert.
