My daughter is over weight. She takes junk food and Cold drinks once a month but her appetite is good and eats dal, sabji, roti and rice. She started walking with me 5 k. M everyday and little bit yoga in the morning. I am really worried.

Hello lybrate-user- weight loss can be easily achieved by following some ayurvedic rules- a) go to bed before 10 pm and wake up early morning if you want to study. B) avoid fast foods and foods which are processed in nature. C) practice kapalbhati pranayam in the morning. D) have foods which have more fibre content. E) take evening meals before 7 pm and try not to take milk while going to bed. F) drink water before meals as it will decrease your food urge and will reduce your weight.
