You need to do more cardio exercises rather than body building like jogging, running, sprinting, skipping etc. In breakfast, you may have cornflakes, oats, parched eggs and juice. In lunch, you can have daily food but it should not have much fats and carbohydrates. Dinner should be as light as it can be. Avoid fats and carbohydrates consumption at night. Have protein diet like dal, boiled eggs, or grilled chicken. Do take fruits in between meals and also should take 2 glasses of lemonade daily morning and afternoon, empty stomach in morning and in afternoon at least 1 hour before lunch. You may also take homoeopathic treatment for it.
