Hi I have serious ego issues with my sister in law, the moment I see her my blood boils and I feel like to kick her out of my house. Even I can't bare her dramatically sweet talks. I can't control my anger for her. Please advice how to deal with this psychological problem. It's hampering my mood all the time.

You definitely seem to have anger management issues. Let me first assure you that, your sister in law is simply not the cause for your distress. It is your belief system that judges every kind of outside behaviour irrationally so that you ending up in a problem. This is definitely not to blame you. Once you learn to deal with/ manage to rearrange your belief system to think rationally your negative emotions certainly won't remain harmful to you at all. I understand that this seems a bit complicated to you. But some sessions of ret with behaviour therapy would certainly help you come out of this. Consult a ret therapist or a psychiatrist for counseling and therapy.
