Am a student. Therefore I find it difficult to go to a gym, which is far away from my hostel. Therefore am doing my own workout.. All I need to know is that whats the correct cycle of workout? Workout-food-rest or workout-rest-food?

Just doing work out won't help and immediately after work out food is also not advisable. But in between workout sipping of lil bit of water or health drink is advisable if body is not steady enough for continuous exercise. And just after work body needs to rest for a while to maintain homeostasis. So I will advise you to rest for a while n drink some juice or some fluids. N after taking rest for a while take your required amount of food.
