I have very thin body, what type of supplement and diet I will take. Suggest me some medicine or supplement powder. And I am thinking that I will take whey protien this is correct or not. Suggest me.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minirales, dry fruites, fruites green vegitabales, etc. Do arobic excersices, yoga will help you. Take prosup powder 2 spoon after breakfast in a glass of milk end 1 spoon in night after dinner for amonth (you can increase up to 4 spoon in a day)

Whey protein as supplement for weight gain is good. But you have to do some exercise preferably weight training along with high protein diet to build up muscles and gain weight.
