Hello This is raju I am unable to ejaculate properly becoz getting pain in my pennis and it comes when ever my organ enlarge and when I go to sleep plz, could you suggest me some medicines or remedies to cure my problem. Once I have consulted doctor he said due to I am unable to release sperms so I am getting the pain so, please could you suggest me some medicines I am unable to control the pain.

Does your fore skin retract properly this may be causing the pain does it take long for your sperm to come normally there should be no pain on erection as this is a normal physiological phenomena see a surgeon to get your fore skin examinedr.
