Thanks for health questions need not to worry eat balanced diet and more protein rich diet eat dark green leafy vegetables and fruits daily drink plenty of water drink coconut water twice a day time avoid stress and strain avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if any avoid day time sleep take sound sleep at night avoid fast food and restaurant food take less oily and less spicy food practice yogas and pranayamas practice morning and evening walk necessary go for ayurvedic panchkarma procedures go for ayurvedic medicines that gives excellent results hope better health.
