My obesity is growing mostly from my face to thigh. I am 29 years old, my work is mostly sitting in front of computer and working 12 hrs a days or more, in my childhood I was lean and thin, after the age of 10 years I got so much belly, thigh and face fat, because of. High calories food like meat, and oily food but I got bonding school at 12 years age and there because of games and sports training and good only veg food, I became very fit and tall till the age of 22 after when I came to my profession I have started growing fat again. From past 3 years I use to go gym and for sports not regular but some time, but not much effect on me now. Last year I reduced 7 kg weight in 4 months because of gym and mostly having fruit food but when I went on vacation for 2 weeks to my home town it regain my previous weight with in 2 weeks. I want to control my diet, I can not control myself when I get something tasty food. I want also kill my appetite for some level. I want to loose 15 kg weight. I am 84kg and height 5 ft 8 inch.
