I am 17 right nw and im having periods but problem is that they are very much irregular my periods have nt came since 8 months and we have also done sonography we shows everything normal but the lack of hemoglobin so in this case what I should do?

Hi Sunita This problem can be really troublesome for someone your age. As you told your haemoglobin is low and you are not getting your periods since last 8 months, you need to do two things(USG being normal): 1. Correct your hemoglobin levels as low levels of Hb are known to cause absence of periods. It depends on the level of Hb which you have not mentioned here. 2. Get your Thyroid Profile done. If there is any abnormality in that then that needs to be taken care of. As per your height your weight is low. Having under weight is also a reason for your problem. Follow these steps and then let me know. I am sure you will get alright.
