Hi, this is common in pregnancy. Try to keep the legs over a pillow while sleeping or sitting. Helps.

I hope you are under regular ante natal care of a qualified obstetrician. Your blood pressure, haemoglobin and urine must have been examined at regular intervals. If everything is normal this swelling can be because of long sitting or standing while at work and should get relieved by elevation of legs while you sleep during night by putting 1 or 2 pillows below your feet. If your blood pressure is more than normal, if your urine shows presence of albumin or if your haemoglobin is lower than normal then this swelling needs attention. Consult again your obstetrician for this and do as directed. Keep salt low in your diet as salt retains water in the body and may be a cause of such swelling.

Keep your legs elevated and use a pillow under tour legs. Reduce salt in your diet. Increase protein intake. Rule out anaemia. Last, speak to your gynecologist.
