A relationship is supposed to make you happy. If it becomes a burden, it is not worth carrying out. Although physical intimacy is a part of a healthy relationship, it alone should not be the basis for it to continue. This kind of dependence generally occurs when one has poor self confidence. Value yourself- you are an unique person, who is worthy of respect. A person who approaches you only to fulfill some need , without caring for your feelings is not worthy of your friendship. Love yourself, respect yourself. Indulge in positive thinking, do some yoga or any other form of exercise, listen to music and move ahead in life . Look forward to meeting a person who will value you for what you are.
