I took I pill on 28th of march and my regular periods date was 10th of every month; however, it was delayed by 2 weeks and came on 26th of march. I took three pregnancy tests each after a gap of one weeks of missed periods and one after the periods which lasted fir 5dats as usual. All the hpt were negative. And the health is normal as of know. completely normal. Please advice is there anything to be worried and pregnancy is prevented.

You took an ipill but were not aware of its effect. Ipill is an emergency contraceptive pill (ecp) and it is to be used only in emergency! it is to be used when sex happens rarely and the pregnancy is to be avoided. The ecp have a high dose of hormones and when taken it disturbs the natural hormones released in the body during a menses cycle. So in ecpill takers problems of heavy bleeding, prolonged cycles, prolonged bleeding, irregular bleeding cycles in few months etc are known to occur. So what you faced are consequences of the ipill. Do not worry, even if the next few cycles are irregular, you should go for treatment only if the bleeding is in excess!
