kindly take panchamrita loha guggal, 2 tabs, thrice a day, after meals with dashmoolarishta, 15 ml in half a glass of warm water. Take powder of ashwagandha and shunthi (dried ginger) in a ratio of 10:1. Take this mixture, 1 tsf in a glass of warm milk, twice a day, 1 hr after meals.
