I want to gain some weight in 2 months. My weight is currently 52 Kgs. Please suggest me about diet and what are the things that will help me to gain weight. Should I take any Supplementary Protein if so please suggest me which one. I am telling you my meal that I take everyday - - In breakfast I don't eat enough. Actually I live in college hostel and I cannot manage to get enough for breakfast but I drink Half litre Milk around 11am-12 PM everyday. - I take lunch around 3 PM. Rice, Chapatis, any Sabji, and Dal - In evening I eat 5 boiled eggs daily - then I get dinner around 8-9 PM. Chapatis, Sabji and Dal Please suggest me.
