Its good that you recognise your problem. This is the first step in getting a solution. First of all, accept the fact that worrying about something doesn't solve any problem, rather it increases it. Secondly you have to accept that a problem exsists. A problem that needs solution. Till you accept it with your heart, you will not get a way to solve it. If I know a disease exsisits, only then you take medicine to cure it. So don't deny the fact that there are problems which will not be solved unless you accept them. Next start meditating daily. It will be tough in the beginning to meditate, but you need to persist. Sit at a calm place when there is no noise, switch off the phone, and sit erect in a comfortable place. Concentrate only on your breathing. Its coming and going. Feel that each breath that you release out is releasing your worries, your negative thoughtsthoughts for 15-20 min and slowly increase the time. Don't let any thought come in mind that time. Only focus on breathing. Start doing some exercise daily at least 25-30 min. It helps relieve stress. Do pranayam daily for 20 min. It will help you stay calm and positive. Watch comedy movies and read good books, laugh unnecessarily daily. You will have to help yourself first.
