I have scrotum & testes related problem. My right side testis is swelled and that side nerve has also swelled. Usually there is no pain in testis but often it becomes. My second problem is that I am suffering from night fall and it becomes 3 to 4 times in a week & approx 14 to 15 times per month, not only this when I sleep in day it becomes also. I have taken many medicines but no any effect please help me.
