I'm 48 years old for the past few months my right big toe nail I believe has arched and growing in & causing pain. Initially it had swollen and there was pus formation so I was getting dressed with an antibacterial cream after cutting grown nail. It gets alright once the nail grows and starts hurting. The cycle goes on but without pus ofcourse. Old skin sheds and new skin grows. When asked a doctor he said this will subside itself or have to remove the nail. What should I do please advice.
