I'm 5'10ft height and 50 kg weight. If I'm subjected to take some objects especially big bikes or a 10years child or some other object which is little heavy I get my stomach upset and get severe pain for 3 to 4 days.

It happens because your abdominal muscle and intestinal smooth muscles are not used to the strain that affects them when you lift heavy objects and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and do exercise regularly.
