Madam there is no such surgery to replace cartilage of knee joint. As per your age I think you are talking about osteoarthritis leading to cartilage destruction. Depending upon the condition of cartilage and the joint there are different modaities of treatment. Ranging from physio therapy to total knee joint replacement.
