I am working in night shift what kind of diet I should follow? I am facing many issue like headaches, darkcircle, even skin and face. Glow is not same as before.

Dear sanjay. The main thing is that your sleep should be adequate. Dark circles generally come as result of improper sleep. Have a stable diet. With proper mixture of carbohydrates, fats and vitamins. Keep fruits with you when you r on duty. Drink plenty of water. As there is much heat and body gets dehydrated. No need of any medicine.

You should sleep properly in a silent dark room in the day. Have healthy home cooked meals. Don't take any packed items as they are laden with preservatives, not even biscuits or bread.
