I am senior citizen Professional lady having weight 82 to 85 kgs which I wish to reduce by 65 to 68 kg If I avoid to take Ghee, Oil, sweets then its Okay. Or I have to reduce my daily food by 25 to 40% what is advisable.

Hello lybrate user, just keep track of your calories intake if you want to loose weight. Take various small meals. In morning take 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon. Avoid oily food. Do cardio exercise such as jumping, skipping, cycling with your suitable intensity otherwise you can take simple brisk walk. Go for lipid profile, tsh, lft and gtt.

Reduce food intake, include fruits and salads in meal and breakfast and drink two glasses water 10-15 minutes before meal, start 20-30 minutes? walk morning and evening, no non-vegetarian food, herbal preparations are more effective, if interested inform.
