Pleases do get yourself examined for thyroid and tb. If it is normal do not worry about the weight. Looking to your age your weight will increase by itself. How ever if you want to gain healthy weight immediately add 10 gms of butter to your diet. Take 25 gms peanuts and 25 gms green beans or masoor beans, sprout them and eat in addition to your normal breakfast. For remaining forever healthy you should avoid all fried foods, sugar, polished rice, spicy foods etc. You should add salads and fruits to your diet. Pl endure that your weight does not exceed 76-77 kgs any time in life.
