Dear doctor I am 29 year old man 93 kg for 175 cm height and also I am having big belly fat. I want to reduce my belly and also my weight. Please suggest some healthy diet and weight loss + belly fat reduce tips. Recently I joined for gym also.

You have solve your self. Joining gym. Excellent. Keep it up for long long time. Do not stop for any reason. You can start abdominal crunch under guidance of gym instructor. Increase slowely. Avoid oily food, fast food, party food, chees, butter, ghee, oil etc. Increase salad in diet, do not tale full meal -pet bharke nahi khana-thoda less khana. Continue these for years. Take time but definitely you will have result.
