Hello sir, Im having a problem with my hair for the past 4 years. A majority of it is turning white. I've tried many oils and stuffs. It ain't working. And when I consulted a doctor he actually advice me not to take any medicine and tablets as it may have any side effects. These white hairs are actually on the uppermost position of my head and do not appear on the side and back of my head. What causes the hair to go white? Is there a cure for this?

Hair graying is because of faulty diet habits avoid fatty junk food avoid too much table salt it may cause premature hair gray. Take nutritious diet including proteins, vitamins, fruits etc proper head massage with coconut oil necessary. It will increase blood circulation of scalp.
