I am taking Losartan 50 for BP my reading are 89/139 my lower side goes to 99 if I missed dose. My weight is 100 kg. I am not diabetic But have sedentary lifestyle and worried about my health do you think I should change drug Losartan 50 to something else.

Please reduce weight. Do brisk walking. 30 minuts morning and evening. Eat lot of green vegetable and fruits before each meal. If smoking please stop it. Although you are not diabetic. Even though you cut down sugar in your diet. This will help in reduceing weight. Take minimum of oil/ ghee.
