I'm 21 years old male. I'm doing sex from 3 years back with my girlfriend, I'm doing sex 10 to 20 days in one month. I'm not able to control myself, if I'm doing this continuously, any problem is coming in feature? When I'm starting sex with my girl friend my personality and strengths are good and I have good health now I'm 21 years old male, present my strengths and personality are decreases or my health was damaged please give me any advice to me how to control myself, if there is any have tables tell me. I'm thinking definitely I have face problem after the marriage with my wife.

Sex doesn't harm your health but yes if you marry some other girl later on you can have adjustment problems nothing else will happen it will not effect your sexual life.
