Hi, I am achal, body weight is 83, height 5'6" I am working in bpo, night shift, come home at 3 am. I eat at 2 pm, 9 pm and when reach home at 3: 30 am then after I sleep and wake st 11 am and till 2 pm drink 3 cup of tea. saturday and sunday are my off days and I eat chicken and mutton on these days at night.
