Hi, I am achal, body weight is 83, height 5'6" I am working in bpo, night shift, come home at 3 am. I eat at 2 pm, 9 pm and when reach home at 3: 30 am then after I sleep and wake st 11 am and till 2 pm drink 3 cup of tea. saturday and sunday are my off days and I eat chicken and mutton on these days at night. I want to reduce weight around 17 kg. What should I need to do. Kindly best plan. I do not have time to go to gym so please do tell me to gym. Kindly assist me so that I can complete my target. But kindly provide me simple plan. I hope you can understand my issue and solve this. Thanks Achal Nagar.
