Hi you need 7 to 8 hours of sleep in one stretch or in parts. In 24 hours period for normal healthy living. During exams if you sleep for 6 hours only your mind will adjust and accommodate for few days. Any thing less than 6 hours sleep would undermine the body function. Sleeplessness and anxiety would render you jittery nervous and the end result is it will take away years performance. Yu will feel nauseating lack of muscle co ordination resulting in bad wrting. My suggestion is go to sleep when r tired and feel sleepy. After 6 hours (during exam only) get up to studies in early hours. Don't compel years brain during nights without sleep. Sleeplessness will also result in memory loss sleep proper to perform proper.
