Permanent filling leads to pain 1. If this pain you r feeling during chewing food or during biting hard please check for any high points on restoration 2. And if it's continously paining please do visit to dentist nearby get xray done and if cavity is approaching upto pulp. Get root canal treatment and prosthetic cap done.
