Sir I have low stamina and healthy fitness! How to gain stamina and fitness with what diet and exercise? Please help me doctor.

Start your day with different nuts like walnuts, fig (aanjeer) raisins etc take protein enriched diet means add protein in normal chapati for eg. Instead of plain chapati take paneer stuff have sprouts take 2 litre of water with honey (1 tsp/glass)
