Hi I am 26 year old. I am gaining weight frequently from the last 6 months. Not eating any thing which contributes to extra weight but still dont know what is the reason. I am 66 kg and 5'3 height. I am also going through lot of emotional breakdown (lost my father last dec). Please suggest a diet from which I can get rid of my extra weight.

Stress is another enemy for weight gain. Spend some time for yourself reading a book, listening to music etc. Thinking more only about past will still worsen the health. Make sure you eat right food at right time, never skip meals include veggie in every meal include soups, buttermilk, veg juice has mid day snacks go for a walk fr 45 min and keep sipping water.
