This is the main cause of your back pain. Try to avoid long time sitting. Take 5 min. Of gape in every 1 hour interval do some stretching of your back muscles and than again start your work. Apart from this start doing back exercises daily and regularly. You can easily find back exercises on google. Maintain you right sitting posture while doing work continuously.

Incorrect sitting posture can give rise to back pain or it may increase it. Suggest you to sit properly in erect position, means keep your back straight. If you can change your office chair change it, get a chair which have proper back support, you can also keep a small cushion at the lower back to support.
