Hello I have a problem regarding my mind. I can't process or get information and instructions quickly. I am very slow at it sometimes I ask three or four times to someone which makes them irritate and I always got a comment" do you have common sense? It's pretty easy" But I was not like that from my childhood. In my childhood I was very smart and quick. I don't know why it happen to me. Is there any kind of brain damage or something else? Please help me I will be very grateful to you for this. Thank you.

Hi all fingers of your hand are not same. So all people are not alike. Some people are gifted with quick grasping power. Some are slow in grasping. Nothing is wrong if you are a bit slow absorbing things. Try to adjust yourself with all your positive qualities you have. You must also be having some positive qualities. Do not worry about other persons comment. Be positive think positive. Try to do yogic shavasan. Sit quietly in the morning for at least 10 minutes without thinking about anything. Ok do not worry.
